    The furnishings were outdated and looked shabby, which didn't match the expectations I had based on the price. The room had burn holes in the sheets and no hot water in the morning.

    Man, I was just lookin' for a cheap spot, and it did the job, ya know? Bed was comfy, but the area felt kinda sketchy. Plus, I had to escape those smoky vibes outside. If you just need a bed for the night, this place ain't too bad, but I wouldn't stick around dark streets, that's for sure.

    I stayed for two nights to visit the nearby United States National Arboretum with my kids. The room was clean and had the essential amenities we needed. It was nice that we could walk to the Arboretum in about 15 minutes, which was perfect for our family outing.
